If you have registered with us to join the BSBMTCT Scientific Day webinar, you will receive an email with a Teams registration link from Alex – alex@collaborativeconferences.co.uk – in advance of the day.

The link will take you to a page, where you will need to register by entering your name, surname and email address, as well as accept the Microsoft T&Cs.
Once this has been done, you can submit your registration information for approval. You should automatically receive a registration request email.
If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam/junk email folders.

Please complete your Teams registration request as soon as possible after receiving the link from Alex.
Approvals for anyone who has completed their registration by 16.30 on Tuesday 5th May will be approved that afternoon.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an invitation to join the webinar so please keep an eye out for this.

The Teams webinar will open at 09.00 on 6th May, with the first talk commencing at 09.30.
Admissions will start at 09.00 and anyone waiting in the lobby will be admitted as soon as possible after this time.
Please bear with us if you aren’t admitted instantly as this needs to be done manually and could therefore take a few minutes.

Please Note:
Registration requests which are submitted for approval after 16.30 on 5th May are likely to result in a delay in approval, and therefore a delay in you being able to join the webinar as our staff will be travelling and busy setting up and running the event in venue on the Wednesday morning.
