Refund and Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be received by 14 days prior to a meeting/course to ensure a refund of the fee paid. Refunds are not possible after this time.

We will process all refunds to the original card used when the booking was made. We will endeavour to process refunds as soon as possible after notification is received. Confirmation that a refund has been authorised will be sent by email. It can then take up to 3 working days for the refund to be credited.

Substitution of attendees can be made at any time.
